The bat settles on a tiny hibiscus flower. Narrow from its roots, the stem sprouted strongly from the tree. Burning a flaming red, the bright colour of its edges curving out from the soft, soothing yellow of its centre; like a _____. Calmly resting between the huddle of petals, the bat. It held tight to _____, feasting on the plants sweet nectar. And once it was doen, the most magicent gift; its wings, no longer a dull, mundane black and brown, rather now a pair of yellow, sun blazing wings. From top to bottom, tongue to tail, head to toe pollen, every bristle it settled; gifted; enchanted the bat. So finite, so infintiely small, yet sp poingnant and strong its effect. Its ears, prominent as they stand, covered in specks of pollen, so delicate it was _______. Velvet veins running through its narrow ears,_____. Fluttering and twisting, no longer listening for predators, no longer looking for forward, only marvelling at the piece of airated art it was creating with every wing beat. Explosions of yellow. Red. Green; setting the air on fire with its colors. With every move, its wings, caressing its ears; caressing the surroundings with color. Filling a dull night of nature with maginicant color; a natural light show. A complete juxtaposition; a ‘vampires animal’, dark and lonely in nature, bringing life and color to the world around it. Black eyes piercing into earth’s soul not noticing the small crinkles bunched together on top of its nose. Its little black eyes watching every movment as it fluctuated from side to side. Hairs specked around covering the rim of its eyes making it fiercer. Its oval like nose sniffing, smelling life’s aroma around it. Fresh fruity smells spilling from the delicate flowers core, pollen blowing away with the wind and its momentum. Sun bright residue filling and resting by the tree, aromas merging and making new smells.Seconds passing as it shoots up in the air, spiralling around the tree avoiding and passing the branches and leaves. Zooming through the tree so quickly not being able to see it through human eyes. It passes the others, gazing down at it all. Watching as it makes itself an individualEarth’s leaves standing on an high barked tree, brushing against each other, swooshing. Nature leaving its own light smell in the air. Roaming freely as the delightful scents of fruits, flowers, wood and pollenStanding on the tallest branch watching as its nearby cities time pass. Ready to lift and leave, not for a second had it taken its eye off the city. Slowly as it takes off, pushing its claus off the branch leaving little stretch marks knowing where to return. Watching it only had made it seem like time had stopped. Already in the air , joining the rest of its peers. Grouping in a formation finding its next new home. His wings out as far as reach. Only inches away from every other bat, Flying side by side. Reaching an abandoned house deep into the city as they all settled in pipes of the sealing. Finally, hibernating.
