viewpoints of school excellence because “essentially, schools that progress
have leaders that make important & measurable contribution to the expansion
of the school & effectiveness of their staff.”

of a nation depends on the extent of creativity among its citizens. Creative
people are born in different social, political & economic situations. The persons
who think originally & are acknowledged to be creative & their
qualities are known as creativity. It is vital to identify the persons who can
say to be creative for gearing up the chariot of progress. Creativity in
administration is advanced & it is referred as a talent to resolve problems
in an unexpectedly proficient & in exceptional manner. This clearly
indicates an understanding that head of the institutions has to make conducive
atmosphere to take the teachers under his arm of management in particular to
make them more effectual & capable. This has to be taken into account that collegiality,
empowerment, association between teachers, building trusting rapport  & teachers  professional progress as part of the  ingredients that basically could make the
teachers to move in a different way & marshal towards the principals
management roles. The management of an institute is not an accurate science but
more than a creative & political process that’s aimed at promoting   science but more than a creative and
political process that is aimed at promoting collaboration between staff &
supporting them to work mutually towards achieving common goals. The headmaster
with managerial creativity more evenly dispersed & orientated teachers,
stakeholders & students. The headmasters’ roles are more supportive,
comprehensive & facilitative that provides the necessary atmosphere for
teachers association & interaction, teachers’ empowerment & their
involvement in decision-making. It involves creative behavior of headmasters
which produce interesting or useful innovations.
